You?

I've got an Olds aluminum 215, but that is slated for a 1960 MGA.

@PeacemakerJack if you haven’t been called into this... I know you have a soft spot for big and loud engines and Cub Cadets... so this has got to be up your alley!

The early CC Originals had power from the engine delivered thru a belt to the shaft. That's why I thought of it.

Those CCO were belt driven from the engine to the driveshaft, I just cant see the clutch factory or aftermarket "puller" handling that engine for very long... Even though the belt should be the "slip" weak link. @squonk beat me too the punch.

And that's a good thing!  I do miss having my younguns around to help.  There were days we got a LOT done with very little hydraulic help!

That was me "working" for room and board from 1981-91 (born in 71), and we didn't have much in the hydraulic department (Allis Chalmers "C") then an actual hydraulic wood splitter sometime in the 90s, my first hydraulic tractor was/is the Anniversary 520H, and I had to buy the Kioti to make WV life easier (my father 83yo brought up "Amish" style is very frugal).

We had my Power King until the engine blew, then just push mowers until after the kids were gone.  If we had what I have now we would have been done long ago!

I spent all my childhood summers with my grandparents in southern KY.  Both grew and raised just about everything we ate.  Had tractors but also a mule team.  Rural style life for sure.  I loved it!  Hard but good work.  Miss it now,
