Heat the lava right to it and you'll do fine.

That's a very similar setup to what I do.

What’s next?  What do you have for a frame?  Engine choice?  Where does the nitrous bottle sit?  Will this require a cage or harness?

I dont have a frame.

Engine choice, I knew a guy that had a 4cyl inline Kohler but he decided to keep it. I knew where there was a little diesel but it sold. Then I was thinking twin engine. Soooooo I'm not sure yet.

Nitrous bottle, maybe lol

Cage or harness probably not.

I've been searching but probably in the wrong place.

Where do I find the info on the 8 speed I.D/ rebuilds.

For sitting in a rotten shed, snow covered and no oil in it, everything is looking pretty good.

Those should line up. (That's neutral)

Stick a lever where I made a red line and gently pry up.

Should be a hole in the front of the case where there will be a set screw type thing or a freeze plug.

Remove that.... PAY ATTENTION.

This is the home of the (in) famous "hoobie doobie balls".

They will roll from your place to roughly Cincinnati before stopping.

Ok I did see that in the video. I was under the assumption it was a set screw. Mine doesnt have a set screw. So must be a plug? I assume I drill that out and tap to replace with set screw?

That I'm not sure of. All of mine have had screws....
