Big show buy, sell and trade

Recommended Posts

Ron Lerew

Hello everyone,

i just joined the site. I live very close to South Mountain Fair Grounds and wanted to know what are the requirements if I wanted to bring my H520 to the event to post for sale? I have another H520 I use to cut grass and love it. Just don't need two.

Admission is free.   If you plan to sell, you must be a member of the Wheel Horse Collectors Club.      You can join at the show.

Only Wheel Horse related equipment is allowed in the show grounds.

Ed,

Thanks for the reply. Where do I get an entry form to enter the club?

:WRS:

You could post a few pictures and other information on this thread and you might have the 520 sold in advance of the show.

What year are your 520s?     The '88 and '89s have the motion lever on the console.   The '90s and up have it on the steering column.

Update - Sold .

Unknown condition of 520-8 Onan motor. Was told it ran and had about 700 hours but no spark. I would consider this more of a parts motor. $75 delivered to the show.

If someone is selling a 1045, I'm in the market for one.

So much for the "Not really sure if I need another tractor," in post 3......:ychain:

I have a nice little 401 I may consider letting go if there is interest and we can get it on the load.

If I can come across a 1045, I'll put one of my 68 Commando 8's up for sale. Or I'll just make it look like a 1045.

My want list to pick up this year is  a C160 auto with hydraulic lift, a set or two of hubcaps, a set or two of clean cream wheels, complete single stage snowblower for a b/c series, 37" deck, and a mule drive.

I'd like to get rid of a lawn ranger snow blower, 200 series snowblower, a D series 48" deck, and some NOS tins I have.

Also if I do pick up a C160 I'll be getting rid of my 312.

Oh, and 2 sets of cast iron weights if I can find some reasonably priced

NOS tins for what model?

300 series.

I found a 160 so they'll likely being going on my 312 to help get it out the door.

I do have another set but they are rightly damaged on a corner.

1st Priority....FEL

2nd Backhoe (lol, rofl hopefully if only!)

3rd...something nice for the Mrs ?????????

Intend to bring whatever I can manage to print up before then, but may be mostly just a display of whats available. Had considered bringing a printer for show and tell, but with likely limited power options.....

Yeah, the CC seems to be slow to update the web site.   That's why I scanned and posted my snail mail copy when I received it.    Guess I should get this info on our forum calendar so we all have access to it.
