My c-160 with the Tecumseh.

There's a lighter spot in the paint where there may have been either a tag or a riveted on label at some point. You may remember it's quite rusty so it's really hard to see what's going on.

Could very well be stamped into the sheet metal but I don't see where anymore.....

I appreciate you checking. I bet that light spot is on the flywheel cover, below the carb, where my label is. I could not find a label anywhere else. It's nice to know I'm not the only one on the planet with a c-160 with a Tecumseh!

No sir.

They're around. Just not common.

This one will be fully restored when it's place comes up in line.

The front of the hood on the Tecumseh models is higher than the Kohler.

Interesting rigs for sure simply because of rarity.

I would say yes.

If you do a search at Parts Tree for HH160 there are none.

If you search for OH-160 there are many. The spec numbers are mixed up.

Garry,

Thank you so much! I appreciate the confirmation before I crack my engine open. It looks like they have all the parts I might need to fix my problem on those links I posted. I am all set to open up the engine and find the source of my problem. Seriously, you totally saved my tractor from the scrapheap!

Thanks,

Berny

Never a need to scrap a horse.

Every part or group of parts (engine, transmission) is separable and readily available.

Whatever you need is available.
