Now that I know's Radpferd...is he OK.  Should I send flowers??

Thanks Steve, no need for flowers. He might appreciate a pint of diesel though. The good stuff of course, not that junk with the "road tacks".

Or should I say that he prefers the red over the white.:D

Great to hear that Radpferd is fine,

give her little sip of Diesel from me too.

Sat last week when i reworked the Hydraulic Pallet Truck in the Shed

aside with the idling Reserve Engine on it, with the new Muffler i built.

Just to hear if it‘s bark sounds lovely for me or not.

The 656 wasn‘t jealous at all because of that scenario.

It starts after that issue very quick and run‘s smoothly.

So back the thread ..

Kevin, I was going to mention that.  Transmissions are all called Sweethearts, because you never want to swear at them when working on them.  That is rule # 1.  :orcs-cheers:

So, can’t name tractors... but can name tractor transmissions... but only while working on them...as long as you only call them “Sweetheart”... got it...

Getting worse than tax forms...

Maybe, just maybe. After watching the pallet jack get pulled apart, the 656 was afraid that it may be next on the disassembly list. There for it fired up in fear. :D

:confusion-confused:This may explain why my C-145 fired up the next day. After the tractors were put to bed, Radpferd explained to my C-145 what happens around here when you don't work properly. After trembling in the garage all night & day thinking about what could happen if it did not get in line. This may be why it fired right up the next day??

Ok now maybe I'm starting to go off the deep end.

From the 2009 show in LaSeuer, Minn.   This is serial # 1.  It was designed to work in the fields all day, and then drive into town in the evening.  It has the driver and passenger seat.

That is pretty much what my grandfather told me.  Work all week as a tractor and go to town at night and church on Sunday.   And then he and my grandmother would tell me at how poor they were in growing up in the depression as they had a Ford V8 coupe, a Hudson sedan, electricity, and a cellar full of food before, during, and after WWII.  But bring up a Farmall F12 and you'd never hear the end of it!

I don't think tractors have emotions, they just seem to like to test your patience :ychain:
