I checked and they are not recommended for battery ignition so I guess that rules out the K series.

I have posted this before, I had to move out of my work space and lost interest. Now that I see all the other wide ags I’m starting to get excited again to finish this project 

it is a Briggs 16hp

Here's a couple views of Cinnamon Horse. 

That has a Carlisle commercial grade tire that's sized 23 x 10.50 x 12. It measures a full 23. They are also a wide aspect tire and have a rim guard feature. The tire rubber actually wraps out around the edge of the rim. 

I do run chains on these for plowing snow. 

 

 

 

 

Holy cow!!!! Those are bigger than the tires on my Allis 620! I run 23x10.50-12 ag tires on my 867. They were some cheap Chinese brand on amazon but they are actually very nice tires for the price. They deffinitly give it a cool stance. I have not had any traction issues with them yet even in the snow.

 You got to lift the fenders,seat.  sometimes, even stretch the WH by moving the trans backwords.

So a post somewhere, with a pic of the brackets.

And when you run 12 inch wide tires, you will need wheel spacers.

As you can imagine it depends on the tractor. On the older ones they were built with smaller wheels and tires so you need to account for things a little differently. Also, the one that @Skipper has in the pictures is a c195 I believe so the wheels and tires are larger in the first place. Maybe around 28-in diameter?

 

On many of the Wheelhorse tractors you can't go much bigger in outside diameter but you can go infinitely wider with the correct rims.

 

If you check out the thread on my Colossus project you'll find that I had a friend of mine build a 7-in long adapter that goes between the frame and transmission. I went with that length simply because it was the same as the width and I wanted the symmetry.

I have tractors with 6-12, 23x8.50 & 23x10.50 ags on the back. All of them serve their purpose. The 26x12's pictured above are mainly for a cool factor, but the tractor does pull a plow pretty nicely with them.

I'll have to look at the tires tonight to get you the brand name. I'm sure they were an purchase.

 

The rims are 11 1/2" wide. I took four 7.5" wide rims to make them.

I did the exact same thing for my puller I used to have. I actually put them on the tractor, fired it up and let the wheels turn while I used a cutoff wheel in a grinder. They came out almost perfect!

That's the same method that I used. Ended up with less than 1/16" difference in width from one side to the other.
