What is the correct pulley for a charger 10

Or in my case a 16 horse but, 

it should be the same right. The manual says it cost for a 7443 Pulley.  Belt seems a little tight. The one on the left is the one I had on there before I swapped it out.

Charger 10 and 12 (Techy or Kohler)   use 7443  One in your hand looks more like a gear drive pulley

I got to looking at it and it didn't look right so I checked it out and I had the wrong pulley on the motor should work properly now.
