I think this will look fitting for an exhaust when it's done.

Still curious what Engine will be placed to fire that Beast...

Me best guess has a turbo in it!  :auto-layrubber:

The roots blower wouldn't have that much less tubing but then you would have an extra belt and pulleys. And a turbo sounds slightly better. Also no muffler needed.

I picked out a set of 5 ribs for the front pie cutters.

That‘s a question of faith - turbo or blower i wouldn‘t start.

I See you’re a Turbo Guy and that’s ok.

Solutions can be different as the likes,

i love more the lower RPM’s with torque and the Scream of an up ramping or running Roots.

Small roots compressors like the AR300 just need an Belt and an Piping for intake and outlet adapted to the Engine,

with right calculated Pulley you also don‘t need a Wastegate.

Turbo needs additional to the Air path a pressure oil lines and sometimes Water or oilcooling - that’s what i means with less piping.

I did The other Day a „funny“  project „the Thing“  with an Chinese mini quadbike with an replica monkey Engine

what i exchanged with a 125ccm and powered by a Smart Turbo charger.....

a self programmed Ignitech ignition and 100 octane Fuel and a bit reduced Comp rate.

That was a real dang funny project nearly impossible to ride that Beast when the Turbo blow‘s it‘s woooohooooooooo .😂😂😂

We tuned that Engine hardly on the border to the knock line and we had a lot of Fun rides with „theThing“

until the Day of „hey hold shortly my Beer i like to test somethin“

 deactivate the Wastegate.😎😂😂😂

I figured today was a good day to start digging into it. And also some of the stuff you find from other people in the past the shouldn't be left behind covers. And also some wake up parts but the rest is secret for now.

Hey Kyle,

Nice idea, to have a spare sparkplug from PO .... 🤪. 😂😂😂

hope it destroy‘s not much on the base Engine.

Interesting long open Camshaft, looks for a brutforce torque build.

If i see it right on the Pict, you also changed the Valve overlap about 3-4 degree‘s.

Do you create this camshaft yourself or was it from any Tuning Set?

It looks like a reworked or better modified Cam or be i wrong?

Very nice Kyle. I may have overlooked it but are you keeping the Xi transaxle or running cub manual setup? How do you think it will pull hydrostatic? Looking good 👍
