John , Great build. Did you fit round LED's in the original mounts or fabricate something new? I looked through the pics , but did not see any of that part of the build.

I used round Par 36 LED landscaping lights, they fit in the original housing. Other members on the forum have used the same bulbs.

I'm guessing it's in the build pictures, but what is the driven pulley near the right side footrest?

Due to the width of the engine, I had to use a Jackshaft to connect the engine to the transmission. Since the engine runs at lower RPM I was also able to gear the Jackshaft with different size pulleys to match the factory transmission input speed based on 3600rpm of a gas engine even though this engine only revs to just over 3k

Clever.  Thanks for satisfying my curiosity.  I thought maybe it was a for a live hydraulic pump or something, but I can see the width issue was the driver for this.  Nice improvisation.

 

I have an LGT14D and it is a pleasant engine to listen to.  Probably a nice combination for a big 520.

That is one heck of a build! I know how much work goes into squeezing something new into one of these, and you made it look easy and thorough at the same time! Well done! 

 

And the sound of that engine is awesome!
