Now I'll have to find something else to avoid SWMBO's list.

How about giving the guy on the left a shave?

firstly i reworked the Tillerengine with a centrifugal B5A9296A-C434-4892-9C1D-ABB5482650F8.jpeg.351dfc30117b154fc9f5d1ac1475ad78.jpeg

than i cooked the Chain in an old Pot to remove the old Grease and put if to cooling in another,

but what i found changes my decision to order immediately a complete new Chain.

after dryed and removed all the old Grease, i see several damages on the Chain, they be allready hidden in the Grease.

So more time to spend for the new Chain.

What's the story with the VW bus?

Something our neighbour across the green fond in a charity shop. SWMBO paints a thought she might used the canvas for a painting.

Hmm...  I just noticed the rest of that canvas.  What is that on the left, a crane of some sort?  And what's under the bus?  Is that what SWMBO painted, or is she going to paint over it, or on the other side?  Is that too many questions for one day?

That is a ski area tram car with the tower in the background and the front car painted to look like a VW Microbus...

Aha!  And the license plate says "ALPS 1"?  Cool!

Norm, I'm sorry, but SWMBO won't be allowed to paint over that, she'll have to find another project. :ychain:

I'll tell her, though I doubt she'll take any notice. Seldom does of what I say.

Decide to split the rest of the logs today.

Years back I was given one of those little electric splitters, and I sort of laughed at it. After using it a couple of times its nothing to laugh at. Very capable little guy. Invaluable in the middle of winter when you need kindling. Use it right inside the garage.

Hi all,

I have spent a couple of days cleaning down one of my workshops.  I now have a floor and several shiny machines where there was nothing but kelterment (local word for clutter)

Another shop awaits me tomorrow.

20200403_121119.jpg.cde30118538f4ffe4df9d15be08633b6.jpglooking a lot tidier now, I dont have to walk in sideways anymore.

Amazing how a good tidy up makes the shop look bigger.

Shop one is the machine shop, shop two is my woodwork and fabrication shop. A few bits and bobs in there but not as exciting as shop one.

Both are pretty tidy now so I will be starting making things again.

When the virus restrictions ease a bit i will be able to get on with things.
