By Gravely muffler, I mean the ones shown in the jungle site that are meant for Gravely applications.  The Nelson catalog shows a similar muffler.

My normally shiniest and newest machine got dirty today! Father-in-law is not well so I hauled it over to his place to mow his yard.. or should I say sandpit  . He’s not big into his lawn and it’s more weeds and sand than it is grass.
The 315-8 got a well deserved bath when I got back home :handgestures-thumbupright:

I bet you looked like Pig Pen on a Wheel Horse with that cloud of dust following you around.

Where did you get that muffler from if you dont mind me asking. Looks like it might be a good answer.

Do you think it would flow enough for the 16 horse K341?

@Mike C160

Sorry but there are no markings on these mufflers. They do fit a 1” pipe.

Without having them Side by each to make careful measurements it's impossible to say that's the exact one but I'm pretty comfortable saying if you order it that it would work.

Just an fyi, that muffler is available for about 10 bucks less on the flea Bay from another seller.

I've used those on a couple different machines. They have a fairly decent deep tone and our relatively quiet for a flat head single cylinder.

Looks the same. The one in the pictures appears to have a manufacturers name on it where mine has nothing.

Do you have that working on a Wheel Horse and if yes, is there a topic about it?

I do.

:)

It's mentioned a few times here on the site.

Scroll down for a thread from when I first got it mounted and running.

Note the small twigs I was putting in.

The side input will accept up to around a (3"?) diameter stick.

We've since figured out that it'll absolutely demolish any soft wood we put in it.

Hardwoods close. Just have to be slower.

This thing is an ABSOLUTE BEAST and everyone should get one!!

I've been having issues getting proper belt alignment.

May have leaned a little toward fixing that.

Soon I'll be adding 5 lug trailer hubs and 6-12 AG tires to the front to get the behemoth up off the ground more.

Believe it or not that's on purpose.

DO NOT wear gloves!! 🚫 🧤. Particularly feeding the top.  WOW.

DO NOT wear loose clothing.

Preferably short sleeves. 👕

I have two…the one you see me holding in the pics and the one that’s mounted on the tractor with the stack. Both identical mufflers.

I can't tell for sure, but it looks like the fenders are on backward. The seat spring should curve forward and then up and the lift cable should be under the left side of the tool box.

Put the 854’s beside each other and they both match directions!  Picture I think was playing an illusion!!  It was worth double checking though.  Thanks!

First time getting it dirty since restore.  Grading the driveway and getting covered in dust. Love the decals from @vinylguy. The bottom picture is from the day I brought it home.
