You are so going to like the big reverse speed advantage you will have with your Charger hydro...

Would it be advantageous to simply turn around EB?

I've done both.

It's important to remember that I have to gather up nearly all of my snow in the front of the house or I just won't have any place to put it by the end of the season. So in other words I'm not just pushing around to the outside edges.

Literally depends on my mood.

Back. Forth. Back. Forth.

Forward I can move snow or gather it to the next place I'm going to push.

I've also tried the turnaround method. I push forward for about three paths wide so I have a place to turn around. If I do that I can then gather the snow in to the next place I'm going to push.

Takes time to turn around though...

Takes about the same amount of time either way.

Well thanks for keeping the better side towards the camera for us then!

Really enjoying this entire thread!

There sure are a lot of attachments to put on our Horses, does anyone know if they ever made pontoon and PTO prop attachments?  I saw a peek of sun on Friday and Sunday. Other than that, Im ready to sell everything and start building an arc here in NC.

Seems like I remember reading that in the late sixties or early seventies there were over 20 attachments available.

I think if you were to build a raft big enough to hold the tractor and a couple other things... then just below the PTO cut a slot so a belt could go down to the bottom of the raft.

Some sheaves. Some pulleys and a few u joints. Couple of 90 degree gearboxes or something.

Voi-la!

Kohler powered Wheelhorse containing life raft.
