Wheelhorse Wes 279 #1 Posted August 18, 2019 My newest tractors I brought home last Sunday (2) 854’s well I put gas in one that has it’s engine and there is 2 spots leaking on the gas tank. I don’t like these 2 piece tanks to begin with and this doesn’t help so how do I fix it? There is a tank gasket on eBay but in his comments says to also use a sealer gasket goo.....do I have to buy this gasket or what gasket goo do I use to seal this tank? I plan on restoring this tractor for my father who lives in Alberta Canada so I don’t want any leakage problems down the road for him...thanks guys

Pullstart 59,719 #3 Posted August 18, 2019 I did a 3 step tank sealer on Frank, I’m confident it would work on a leaky 2 piece tank!
Racinbob 10,277 #4 Posted August 18, 2019 This stuff works wonders. There's other sealers out there that I'm sure are great but this fixed my 854.
