:lol:Thanks to my wife Gretel, I know more about wine than I ever cared to. One thing that I know is to store it so that the cork always stays wet. :confusion-confused: I still don't always know the correct glass to use with which wine.

As with beer, any glass will do... :twocents-02cents:

Reminds me of my Mom, who always responded to the waiter's question:  "What type of beer would you like?"  with the same response: "Cold".

Cheers!

PS - Very cool build by the way!

The bee's wax rubbed on hot metal is some thing that I learned from guys that do black smith work at some of the local tractor shows. The wax will close the pores in the metal to help prevent rust. Surprisingly the finish is quite durable and does not leave a residue on your hands after it has cooled.

Or the correct wine to drink with the type of meat or occasion.  Thankfully I now have a daughter-in-law that loves wine. She is the delegated wine person for all our family gatherings.

Great project.

Ohhh!!, apparently there can be a whole science to being a wine-o. Red wine glasses, white wine glasses, aerated pour top,  food paring, etc... It is just one of those things that I have never gotten into real deep.

Here are some of my favorite wine glasses.

Ice cold, long neck...  unless it’s not cold, or it’s in a can.  That’s fine too, so long as it goes pfshhhh! When you open it and pass it over to me!

My favorite beer glass has a glass bottom.  When I can see out of the bottom, it is time to fill it up again.  :orcs-cheers:

Nice herb dryer Dan. :handgestures-thumbupright:
