Here is the poor mans version,  after a week with trying to get those darn things to budge, this contraption took about an hour and a lot of praying that no body parts would be harmed.

I just did mine. What a job. I had to use heat they where never maintained. But there off. The rest is easy for you. I used a little never-sees on the shafts I also put in new woodruff keys.
