It’s a shame they had to butcher the hood.

I have a 655 with a roached  Tecumseh 5 hp. Ended up putting a k181 on it . Good luck with it keep us posted on the results!!

Most of all....

Thank you all for the warm welcome.  Been lurking on the forums for a while, but it felt like a good time to make my first post.

@953 nut The two others are my C-Series.  The 175 was my grandparents tractor that I inherited, and I bought the 145 last year so I could run one with a plow and one with a blower so no matter what type of snow fell I was good to go!  Needless to say I conquered the winter this year.

Yup, that's the best way to go.

Those 55s sure do turn a sharp radius. Run my 655 with a Kohler 8 as well.

@Alex175

I've got a hood up here in Maine that's pretty beat up on the front but solid with no cuts.

I'll be in Athol and Deerfield Massachusetts in the next month or so.

If it'll help you I'd let it go for cheap cheap.

You'd have to be a bit handy with metal working or just put up with the dents.

Believe me, if I had the storage space, and didn't think I'd be thrown out of my house there would be more :lol:

@ebinmaine I'm not great with metal work, but I will think about it and let you know before you head down this way.  Thank you for the offer, it's greatly appreciated!
