it was definitely just this Plant, who‘s infested that Way.

I decide to remove that Plant, to keep others Save.

What i see, i‘m honestly Proud of, my first Results even they Small but 100%Bio without any Chemicals.

Even if they small, smalles was just 2,5cm, it was a success for me.

gonna Cook em today and have Dinner from.. 😎

This was the rest of cracked results.

While Landlady was‘t be able to trim that tree, i talked to her and we agreed, she will clearup with the gouverment

if this tree can be felled , because it has also scrotching disease, what was an reason for.

Otherwise a similar Tree must be planted here by Law, we wan‘t do.

Tried first with Salt and butter, anotherone just with Salt.

The had themself a „buttered“ Aroma, so butter was not needed, just A bit of Salt.

Yumm 👍

I rethinkin why my one Potatoplant have that massive infestation of Colorado‘s, 🤔

after a while i think to remember, that was one Plant i run out of Coffeepowder while preventing.

I come to the conviction, that it must be on that Plant, where i interrupted my prevention and later on i

maybe missed it to include her. 🙄

As far i inspected today i see nearly nothing, so i try today a bit different Methode.

I reuse some collected Coffepowder and boiled it again with hot Water.

It was about 4Liters of Coffee with the Powder in, than i mixed it at 1/10 with cold and Water my Plants with that Coffee.

It was a Try to fight Biologic against the Colorado Beetles, without any Chemicals at all.

Worst case i have Coffeepotatoes..😂

Before i used the Picked Leaf and put few drops of that mixture on it.

The Beetles seems killed or just stopped eating.

Anyway, it looks a appropriate test to prevent them.

I have no idea, if this works, but it‘s worth a Try, because i harvested my first mini potatoes and i wanna see them grow

to harvest bigger ones.

Some of the Mid sort seems also survived the Mouse Attack and my later hardcore Plow, because i‘m angry about.

Now they grow in different places not in a row but i keep them.

let‘s see what‘s happen.

Doesn't matter about the disturb potato plants, Stefan. Potato's will grow almost anywhere.

Interesting about the coffee. Wonder if it will work on other plants and parasites?:eusa-think:

Didn’t check it for now.🤔

It seems it works also against aphid.

i read about and i try it.

It seems to me it works, also it seems to be a very good additive dung.

i inspect every day my Plants, because i be proud to see them all grow. 😎

That was my first seed in this size. Smaller seeds i did sometimes before, but never Potatoes.

I like the idea, seed and harvest my own Meals without any Chemical assist.👍

like to learn also what helps and what doesn‘t

Kati annoys me continousely as „ Micro Farmer“, but i ignore that. 😂

I have Fun to see my Plants grow and harvesting and enjoy my own Products.

@Stormin

the only issue, it just helps until first Rain.

While we have now a lot of Rain i think about other or additional preventions.

last two day‘s are rainy and some aphids try to come over my late Sort but i stopped them manually.

Found again today a Mousehole 😳 Very close to the survived late Sort.

Let‘s see what happens, i didn‘t wanna use Traps, i like to scare them away.

Maybe i just simply must increase my Seattimes on Horse and Beast.

After i passing the Field 2Weeks long no irritations by Mice,

then it looks they feel safe and start a comeback.

Using a few minit‘s of gladly rainfree to take 2 Pics and even do few measurements ahead for the next Step.

Don‘t forget it was a Prototype and i changed few issues while build.

I set the Liftconsoles with an angle backwards, increased a 2 Port to a 4 Port Valveblock,

found better cylinders with bit more length, added a Frontlifter and something addon’s more.

I do a try where i before will mount the 2 Port Valveblock, to see if enough clearance is given,

while the 4 Port Clerance looks very Close on my Drawings.

I also hold the new doubleaction Liftcylinders in Place, to see ahead potentially troubles about clearance,

because of Flashlights and something similar.

While it was a Prototype, i also recalculate some Dimensions, to be sure all works as expected and planed and later Build.

500 Kilos of Liftcapacity shall be my Goal, but because of Dynamic‘s i calculate with 1,5 Tons to have enough spare.

Used will be realistic mostly a maximum of 300 Kilos, but Shovel weight and other Attachments came on Top.

That‘s my reason to calculate much higher.

It make sense to plan it more ahead and work with templates to see, if the results like the drawings or space is less than needed.

Measurement gives you surely an idea about a Planing, but to see things in natural it can causes sometimes surprises you didn‘t see ahead. Especially if space is good for all day using and a comfortable using.

My personal issue was, a quick hop on hop off must be given, even in Winter with thicker cloths.

Here i found the Valveblock was to close to my feet now, especially in Winter this will definiteley causes in ripped Cloths,

what results in a lot of potential to hurt myself and even not enough clearance in case of an „Emergency jump“.

Good that i double checked, because after bending its much to close, so i have to find another place for the Valveblock after bending the Liftconsoles but it must be comfortable using.

Then i do some tests to see where i have enough clearance also with the Tubes and something others.

I also plan more enhancements, but that is different Story.

Doin against my Calculations for the Fork.

For Material i want use a Rectangle pipe with Diameters 50mm height, 40mm width, and a thickness between 2 or 3 mm.

it shall be not to heavy, but must be stable enough for my needs.

The complete given length of the whole fork is 2 m a side x2, because it was a fork with 2Liftarms.

The maximum force i used for my equations was 10 kN each Arm, i wanna reach minimum 4Times Safety.

Material was ST235 (ST37) the complete Steel lenght was calculated for one 6m piece,

what will be cutted in the Parts i need.

My first equation results by 2mm thickness:

—————————————————————

Buckling stress qK = 132,3 N/mm^2

Buckling Safety S = 4,5

buckling compressive force Fk = 45,504 kN

Complete Weight = 16,2 Kilo

weight of Improovements and gussets = 5,7 Kilo

Collected Weight = 21,9 Kilo

=====================================

Same equations by 3mm thickness:

—————————————————————-

Buckling stress qK = 126 N/mm^2

Buckling Safety S = 6,35

buckling compressive force Fk =  63,502 kN

Complete Weight = 23,73 Kilo

Weight of Improovements and gussets = 5,7 Kilo

Collected Weight = 29,5 Kilo

=====================================

On top i have a Weight for Shovel, tilt cylinder, and few other Attachements.

after redone my equations, think i preferr the 3mm of thickness.

Just to have more Spare and Safety.

if anybody found a mistake in my equations,

any comments are greatly appreciated.

Stefan,

When I build... I look at some stock, compare to what I’ve seen others use, then figure “it’ll work!”  I’ve never seen figures of buckle stress and whatnot, so I’m just impressed like crazy!  I bet I could save a lot of head scratching if I knew the formulas and how to use them!

Hi Kevin,

ahead of my planing i do so, lookin how others made it.

In case of complete Prototyping, and things can hurt me, i like to improove some issues.

Sometimes i use Scrap Material out of the Office, what is mostly brandnew but not needed anymore, but useful for me

or i build things complete myself from Scratch.

I like the idea, combine things with simple tricks.

About my Calculations, my Senior Boss show me, how to use it and what in wich situation is needed.

He explains me some calculations,  if i plan my first FEL, and guide me to be on safe side.

it was impressive enough for me, even now to know about this calculations and see how they work in practice.

anyway,

got today a info from our Metal Store, 50x40x3mm isn‘t on stock, they offered me 50x40x4mm instead.

i agreed, to come away from wall. Things go to slow for me, but i can just work on Weekend, if weather wasn‘t rainy.

On the other hand i don‘t wanna Stress my Frontaxle too much because of weight. So i must keep an eye on it.

Time is running and winter also comes quicker than we want.... 😎

i just wan‘t to be prepared, even when we must move the Heavy Agave in later Autumn to Shed.

Our Neighbour has a Scale on his forrestry Trailer and do a try, to see what’s happen, that shows friendly 278Kilos. 😳

know i know, why my first Travel with Agave on Rearfork lifts the front wheels.... that‘s much more than i expected, but also i‘m proud, my Rearfork lifts that heavy Baby without troubles. With a senseful Counterweight i have no Troubles at all,

to move it myself, and the Beast does the Work pretty smooth.

To have also a Dynamic Counterweight, i wanna urgently develop my new FEL.

otherwise the Frontlifter must do the Trick.

equation results by 4mm thickness:

—————————————————————

Buckling stress qK = 120 N/mm^2

Buckling Safety S = 7,87

buckling compressive force Fk = 78,748 kN

Complete Weight = 31,26

weight of Improovements and gussets = 5,7 Kilo

Collected Weight = 36,96 Kilos

=====================================

a lot of Weight more, but a ability to carry 78,748Kn, what was about 8To Lift Capacity.

the new Cylinders are able to lift 4To. Each, that results in 3260Kilo possible Liftweight.

ok, close than enough...😂

Inspeced by 38*C my field for beetles, but just found 2 Ladybug‘s they hide themself,

few Ants but actual no Colorado‘s or aphids. It seems the Coffee contamination of the Plants works.

ok, i‘m curious how they Taste.

Because family comes today, an they wanna have a test of it,

i decided to Harvest 2 of my smallest plants with follow results.

Honestly proud and curious, how the bigger Plants will be.

All in all i got 100%sucess for myself,

even if somebody tells me, „you know, you can improove you ebit by using.... „

My answer was just :“ Maybe, but the‘re 100% without any chemicals. Just Coffee“

I earned mostly funny looks.🤔 🧐 😳

But the result seems i‘m on a good way. 😎

Enjoy you Meals Gents, i will do 👍

Ordered last week via our Office a Steelpipe 50x40x3mm 6meter long,

today Steel will be delivered, but it arrived a pipe 100x80x 9mm in 3 meter...

„Hey Sir, sorry, but i wanna build a Tank.“

... -> return to sender.... this was not ordered.

The driver looks a bit confuse, because he has my correct Order on the paperwork,

but wrong parts on the Truck. He didn‘t load it himself, so he excuses and will try a delivery

in quicker timeline. Hope it will be possible.

Now i‘m a bit frustrated, no further work can be done and time is still running.

I hope my ordered material comes quick because my work stall‘s on the FEL.

The ordered Steel Pipe is here, just do a fast cut today after Work,

maybe tomorrow after work drilling than Welding on Weekend.

Still missing the Hydraulic tubes, fittings and the Lasered Steelplates for the hydraulic mounts.

Things go slow, but steady.

Ha haaaaaa the new Drill bits arrived, From 14-25mm i was before just able to drill, if i could lean a Drillbit in the Office.

now i have my own.

After cutting with bit overlength, i make a testscenario with the real Steel how it looks.

E5C574BE-4561-4A2A-8CF3-1ADF0A5E5D4B.jpeg.1cbe707ac561518d0848c8829701955f.jpeg

the Bolts for testing was M20 Threaded rod but will be changed later.

they was just quick available while here.

DCE3A201-E125-4DD8-849A-27526D53E4B4.jpeg.732db37e7758cac57b2aebaf36da7609.jpeg

Think it looks pretty hot.

On this Pic you can imagine how it will look later.

In this Pic the Consoles are not cutted, but because Liftconsoles are 4mm thick Material, they will be cutted in the upper 10 cm, so that the liftarms will work into them as a closed system, so if an Armbolt rips, the load and the Arm is away of my Body and will be catched

in the housing - Safety first.

The cutted Steel will be later bent into the Pipe and welded as a Drain, so that Rain will be running outside the Consoles.

Than i reinforce the consoles it with 2 welded Steelplates sideway‘s outside to increase the thickness of the Material

and close it upper with a catch Plate. Between those upper Catchers i want to insert a pipe, to give them all more stiffness.

As Axles for the Liftarms i planed 2 Steel Bolts 20mm from a Rearlift KAT2 with inserted bore 5mm for a Springclip for a quick dismounting. Also provided with a Grease nipple, to Service the Liftarms, but this comes maybe Later.

Things are ordered but not arrived yet.

The Hydraulic Cylinder will be just clipped in with same system for quick Service but in 25mm what id given by cylinders.

2 reinforced consoles made from 4mm Steel will catch the Weight in the Frontkink and be the Attachement

with a 25mm hole for the hydrauliclift on each Arm.

Same Material i reinforce the consoles where they bended and give them the second mountpoint for the Hydrauliclifts.

they are also still in the Laser Company, because the are extreme busy actual and i got a more than fairly price,

i have to be patient.....🙄 to be patient is not my real nature😎

The yet measured Liftheight is something about 2,35 m - 2,50m., the real liftheight depends if i cut finaly the Main Arms or not,

if i cutted the Main Arms i be able to increase liftheight, but im not sure to do that because 2,35m on the Anglepoint is high enough, i found.

Thinkering before to screw the Arms, but my calculation tells me, the Stability is very close to my Limit if the FEL shall diggin with full Force and i like it to have 5 times Spare for Safety. Again safety first, so the Arms will be welded.

For the stiffness between the Both Arms together on the Fork i planed a traverse strut in lower front section about 45cm far from the End and also on the upper console. Also 2 added Traverse struts must be implemented from the consoles to the Frontmount bar on the Tractor, They are stiff enough for the Load to release the Consoles but screwed, that it can be exchanged in case of any need.

Engine Swap or Turbo addon, or whatever - who knows... 😎

the Last section will be a screwed reinforce traverse struts to Rearaxle to release the Clutch,

than connect the whole Hydraulics, Paint, new Roof.

A long way to go.

Where to begin, hum

started after Work the Welder and prewelded the both Liftarms.

Because i still miss the Lasered Parts, i decided to keep them in full lenght.

Than i do a quickmount, to see if i reach my Goal of, 2,30m.

Make a long story short, yes, i will reach 2,38 liftheight max. On the Anglepoint.

1E5E0F44-AE5B-4DD8-AA7F-C7C17AE1B7FC.jpeg.d97a8f2ed7e5910ead5a727a1ddea3f0.jpeg

Than i try once outside once inside the Mountingpoints, for now it‘s to hot outside to work.

While tomorrow Weatherforecast tells something below 36*C i decided to wait.

completeley Wet i try to find a good position for the Steeringvalveblock.

F3E41DD2-91D1-4C83-A179-F8142AB59FF7.jpeg.def0293fdb83a8da78f2d4f8f7be0351.jpeg

Think i found a good position, even i won some space. The valveblock can fully supported by the Front,

so i just have to change 2 Connectors and i‘m done.

a decent question at the Lasershop how long it maybe will takes after several Weeks ends up in an harsh „where not Witches...“

and he hangup the Phone, that was my second Carefully ask... i was a bit shocked about this.

After that i think to myself if that shop is a Partner i want to deal with and thinkin to stop that contract.

Anyway,

7B1727BD-88B5-49DF-A321-D515A01B7121.jpeg.d9e46f76a93b26447d3ba505db460eb4.jpeg

Because i like to mount the Valveblock on the Left side, i think i found a real good place for.

a lot of space, even to Clutchpedal, a quick in out is given.

hope the Weather isn‘t too hot tomorrow, than i flex the Front blades down and weld them in the console to implement the Fork,

than a few measurements and welding the base strut in.
