Can you help identify this pile of parts?

This appears to be an early and small Tecumseh.

I only have what you see in the photos below. No block.

I can tell you that the crankshaft is substantially smaller than the one that came out of Trina's 657.

This piston appears to have a measurement of about 2.28 inches with a slide rule.


@Jay WellwoodWellwood is looking for a Tecumseh h55c or parts. I'm wondering if this pile is something that could help him?

The Tecumseh HT55C and the 6 hsp Tecumseh are the same block.  They did have some differences...HT55C had an oil pump...the 6 hsp is a splash...but a lot of parts are the same.  Nice find.  :handgestures-thumbupright:  The real Tecumseh guys need to weigh in here Eric.

I'm with @Howie on this one. Smaller crank shaft and no oil pump provision would exclude it from being an H55C.
