midpack 804 #1 Posted December 28, 2018 So... I was looking at CL for the next thing I "really need" ... lol and saw an ad for weights. they were Craftsman and listed as fitting 8" 10" 12" wheels. I got to thinking, I have a set of those, maybe they will fit in front. sure enough. A little wide, but we'll see I really wanted to put them on my plow tractor, with this machine, all I have to do is lift the blower slightly to gain traction with the fronts but the plow machine (C-175) has a "loader" front end with heavy duty spindles and bigger wheel bearings and it won't fit 6

JoeM 7,625 #3 Posted December 29, 2018 One can see you are creative! That's a neat hydro linkage. I like thinking too, how to make a little something work and work better with what you got is very satisfying.

The first time I used a plow on this machine is when I decided it needed foot control!
midpack 804 #5 Posted January 20, 2019 Boy, I'm really liking the extra weight on the fronts! The width was no problem and I has a lot more steering
