I thought I would share these comics that Jada wrote for class...  They’re actually pretty good if you asked her dad!

That is an excellent observation by Jada in the first cartoon!  We have been there and done that...😁

Thanks for sharing Kevin!

Rylee’s writing class is working on Haiku.

Simple poems, with three lines.  5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables.  Sometimes funny, sometimes they don’t make total sense.

I thought this was a pretty classic one in the final conglomerate from the students!

Here’s a few from my clown of a daughter:

Rylee has been given gym class assignments for some time now, that we record to “hand in” to her teacher from her Monday Academy.  With our new found iMovie producer, we played around with these videos to produce a “Junkyard Obstacle Course”. I hope you enjoy it and follow to the end for bloopers and short outtakes!

Thanks for sharing the cool video Kevin.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Caleb has worked with me in the summers at my construction job for about the last four years.  He has been learning all along the way but I feel this year, he is really shaping up to be a man in his working ability and mindset.

We are currently building a 36’x10’ elevated deck with Trex decking and aluminum handrail.

He was hauling around those 20’ Trex boards and hoisting the treated 2x10’s up and over his head like nobody’s business.

I’m so thankful for his willingness to learn this trade even if it never is part of his future career and I thank God for these precious moments with him out on the site for 8-10 hours a day!  His bank account will really like it by the end of the summer.  👍🏻

Way to go @Coulter Caleb!  We all know how much time Dear Old Dad spends behind the camera :teasing-poke: so we know you’ve done a great deal of work!

@PeacemakerJack You’ve done an awesome job on that house!
