What's the widest snowplow you've ever pushed with a Wheelhorse?

When I was using my 99 314-8 I was down to using a 42" plow becuase of the front end push when angled. When I started using a 520 I started using a 48" all the time. Generally keep a plow on multiple tractors becuase I can, lol If we are getting a lite snow I've been known to slip a 56" plow on the front of the 520 or even a single cylinder tractor. calling for 1 to 3" in the morning, but, I've been working so many hours I don;t even have a plow on yet. Still trying to clean leaves. They are calling for it to change to rain by tomorrow evening so maybe it will all melt away.

With the 520 that have the swept forward front axle you really need the 48"+ width when angled so the snow isn't falling back under the tires but any thing other than that a 42" is fine, and like the xi series I fabbed up a front sway bar to help keep the plow frame from twisting in the axle bracket/hitch and allowing the angle lever to rub the belt guards or foot rest...

I probably won't get to it tonight but I will throw mine on as well.

My driveway/yard is very rough and that will help keep things lined up.

And the must have on all my hydro plow and blower machines …. foot pedal motion control.

All 6 of my hydro's are now foot control (the little 17-44HXL came from the factory that way) .

Don't want to drive one any other way.

George Hill has a monster snow plow. I believe around 66" wide.

Surprisingly, they actually plow snow very well. So light weight and just a 4hp too.
