If you have a Tractor Supply Store (TSC) nearby the usually have some tractor mufflers in stock...Cubs used small diameter mufflers

I use a street 45,a pipe nipple long enough to get it out away from the hood and a Cub muffler with a piece of tube welded on to extend it.The tube I use is a chain link fence line post.....cheap,easy to get and just the right size.

I should have added that when you are buying the muffler get a rain cap. They look cool and if your horse is every accidentally left outside in the rain you will avoid water in the engine problems.

I used the IH-1 Farmall Cub muffler from TSC, etc.

A few pieces of black pipe, two elbows, and a B&S band clamp makes for a decent vertical exhaust.

I also tack-welded all threaded joints so it couldn't spin.

NOTE: A "working" tractor should have a support brace installed.

I Personally use pipe from TSC with mandrel bends, And on my d-250 I also use the same muffler that TT use's, I don't like using the Black pipe fittings because to me they look like a plumbing job that went wrong

Got mine from Tractor Supply Store. They have various sizes, that you should be able to make fit on just about anything. Mine shown in my avatar is for a Farmall Cub.

 Bill that is exactly the style i want on my GT 1800 LP, having trouble finding the connections that bolt to the engine then will make stacks just like you have there...good job..

and those rain caps looks better than a coke or beer can to keep the rain out...

In my opinion I like Bill's the best. 1. Because it sounds awesome. 2. Beacuse it looks cool. 3. Because I got to drive it  Did I mention Bill was doing wheelies with it

Tractors

A piece of exhaust pipe from tractor trailer, some tubing and a little fabricating I made this one for my Horse. Has great tone. Not as tall as Farmall Cub or Cub Cadet mufflers.

HorseOfCourse...I hope it isn't "voices"....

Tractors.....that is a sharp looking tractor.....even like the white deck.

I think they sound a little deeper in bass...not the higher pitched sound of

the stock muffler.

The Farmall Cub has longer tubes both ends and the body is also longer.
