ATTN: Landlords- Notice to Quit

I’m hoping there are a couple land lords or property managers in here that see this. 

 

I need to post a “Notice to Quit” for nonpayment of rent to my tenants, (I’m the property manager, the property owner is an active duty soldier station in California, I’m located in Indiana). I don’t want to pay 45 dollars for a single document online, so I’m hoping someone has a template that  they’d be willing to share. If you do, please let me know and I’ll drop you my email address.
