Second try..

look today out of Window and see...

image.jpeg

You cannot imagine, how fast i get under shower, put snowclothes on an go Plow...

hehe, yes ! It was a Success, mounted quick the Gopro on FEL, to make a small movie,

but forgot to charge gopro before 🙄..

so now i have a corrupted File.

We will see if i can repair.

No need of Chains at all. Just an bavarian measurement is needed.

Two Box of Beer will be the Right Weight on Rear Axle.. Hahaha.

Traction was so far good, even in Fields it has grip.

trying all functions, yes i am satisfied and proud of my work.

so, plow- job is also done 😂😎 think today i don't need all the weight.😇👍😎

lets get a beer...

First issue found on FEL.

After a lot of moving heavy wet Snow,

i found the first weak spot, my FEL has.

it was not the FEL itself, the Aluminum itself last's, it was the Shovel itself,

where i have a design mistake.

the Shovel was build from 5 mm Steel- what is strong enough..

but i missed an improovement on the lift lever.

The Hydraulics self was very powerful, i love it and it works great.

i just have to reinforce the Lift lever welding, this was not my best idea.

I thinkin about to reinfore, but wanna first give it a try.

Ok, let's see how i can reinforce...

So, i think this should lasting...

first Tests in Cracking Ice and lift was a success.

Welded a new Mounting hitch from 5mm Steel

it is just a quick and dirty solution, but if it do it's Job, it will be clean finished.

It is not more Welded to the Shovel, i Screwed it, so a Change or rework will be made easier.

A little re-work isn’t always bad.  Prost!
