Where have I been, and doing what?

I see that your new home has a widow's walk, nice touch for a water front property.

Nice Willys, I once had a 56 wagon that I stuffed a small block ford 221 cid V8 into the Willeys had the ford flathead as an option at one time so finding OEM adaptors to keep the original running gear was easy at the time.

Nice house, and good to hear you’re doing well and staying busy after the move!  How about a picture of the beach view?

How high is the first floor above Mean High Tide, and what is the overall height of the structure?

Part of the reason I ask, is that I've worked on housing in the Florida Keys, and tidal surge and total heights above Mean High Tide are always a huge consideration when building that close to open ocean.

Per code the required finished first floor is supposed to be 11 feet, I went an extra 5 ft.. So I am about 6 foot above flood hgt. The overall hgt is 49 ft. top of ridge. Its built to all the latest code requirements for being by the water, and than some. During hurricane Sandy there was a bit better than 4 foot of water on the property.
