I'm sorry, but actually I think it does not look too bad.  Love the Briggs and Straton gas tank.  :)

sheet metal looks pretty good, rims aren't all rusted, even the seat looks in good condition, if it turns over, you just might have that so called diamond in the ruff ;)

My father's 1054  is the first Wheel Horse tractor my brother and I started with on a restore and reuse mission.    This was the condition in 2007!

One of my favorite pics from that “strip” was this one...

because I love the way that the person on the upper right is clutching their pooch and looking like...”you garden tractor mafia—Stay away from my pooch!”  Reminds me of @elcamino/wheelhorse Statement above!:D

My $200   1996 Wheel Horse 312-8 is not pretty but works like a charm and has very tight steering on the front end.   Going to make a mowing tractor out of this one.

Put some 23-10-50 x 12 tires on the back.   Placed a new  8 inch wheel set  with axle and spindles on the front  (instead of the original 6 inch wheels, etc)

The mice house in this motor tin was real thick!

Mice ate through the coil wire so I changed that  $33 dollars.

Also the solenoid was bad and that was changed  $15.88.

This 1996 has the seat, clutch and brake safety switch set up.  Brake and clutch  pedals use same safety switch on the right side panel of the tractor.

My friend Rodney Burger (Lawnman_56) connected a wire between the safety switch wires leads to  make sure that tractor would start .   We disconnected safety switches with the shunt wire and then started the Magnum.   Very clean carburetor (cleanest bowl I ever saw) .  Put air in gas line at fuel pump to gas tank to clean out the fine screen of debris ( dirt and debris must have blocked gas to the pumo) and gas started flowing !

Motor had very clean oil and althought this tractor is ugly on the outside -it is beautiful on the inside !

Awesome, I've been looking for one of those front weights...its actually for mowing as you can see but will work well for plowing dirt (moldboard) or snow (blade).

It's looking like the 520-H may be a BOMB.  I' am not to familiar with this model of WHs and although I would like to have one this may not be it.  So jents what is reasonable price for it as a parts tractor.  Here's  what I know non running, engine may be stuck. I just loaded it with Marvel Mystery Oil.  The motion control is broke and the cover is missing.  The weight is not included in the sale.  Thanks in advance.

If you actually strip it the front axle/steering assembly is worth $1-200, the Eaton 1100 (if known to be in working condition) same, then the body/sheet metal,  instruments and panel...if you just trying to offload it whole $200...JMO.

I picked this one up a while back, but figured it fits in this thread.  We named it Big Junky.  I’ve got a beat up race car muffler / turn down tip that’ll end up being a stack some day.  It’ll fit just right.  I swapped out the hood, but I’m not so convinced I won’t put the stocker back on some day.
