Dad needs a hobby 4 #1 Posted June 25, 2018 Hi Chaps After attending a local vehicle show I came across a beautiful miniature tractor. I have since learned it was a Wheelhorse. Since then I have looked at nothing else on the internet and have decided I must have one in my life There doesn't seem to be many vintage ones here for sale in the uk. Can anyone give me any idea of how much they sell for here or in the states. Ideally Id like a Suburban or something upto about 1970's in good working condition. thanks Peter
nj1052 15 #2 Posted June 25, 2018 Keep an eye on eBay as they do come up. You should find something in the £500 - £750 range for a decent one

Be aware, these things can become addictive.

stevasaurus 22,229 #7 Posted June 25, 2018 Peter, Welcome to Red Square. You might send a PM (personal message) to @Skipper (Tom)...he lives in Denmark and he just brought a boat load of horses over from the states. He may be able to sell you one of those. Costs here for most are from $200 to around $800 depending on kind, shape, desire, etc. Some can be a lot more. 2

Dad needs a hobby 4 #9 Posted June 26, 2018 Hi guys, thanks for getting back to me, Im defo going to keep a look out. They do seem to be cheaper stateside than here. I wonder how much it would be to import a suburban to the UK. I love minature working vehicles. For a hobby I build and sell little landrovers that can be driven by adults and children. For power I use shop rider mobility scooter motor and transaxle so they can carry a load of weight. Im pretty confident I could restore a wheelhouse to a high standard as Im not to shabby with a spray gun 1
