You’ll know you have a problem when @ebinmaine says “I don’t see a problem here.”

Motor swap FAIL!!! Got the 14h ohv installed and everything buttoned up, well in-between bench starting it and installing it the compression relief stopped working, so I can't start it now. Leaves me one more option I have a 12.5 Briggs to put on it instead. That's not much increase from the 11h I took off. I was really hoping the 14 would work out my.

Is it worth repairing while you're in the project process?

Built a receiver hitch out of some scrap metal to move around my 25 foot equipment trailer. It towed great on mostly flat ground.

not my first rodeo with big hauls… have you seen these photos floating around?  :ROTF:  this was following Mrs. P. telling me “you go get a new zero turn mower and you can have as many wheel horses as you want!” Just before the 2018 big show.

I managed to break a lift cable on @Coulter Caleb’s 854.  Uncle Jim @WHX?? came to the rescue with a Lowell product and we were in business!  Caleb did the work and changed it out.

Hoping to turn some earth today with my boys and my fellow plow dogs…or for those on the other side of the pond “plough dogs”!

Modified a front weight mount I made in the past and mounted it, now have 65 lbs on front,  Question if you run front weights how much do you use???

Good news while i was trying to get t bolts through the mount and frame I bumped against the tie rod, it fell off..  Dug out a spare and put it on. Checked the other one it was ok.. Pain but better in the shop than at the end of the driveway plowing snow.

One of the dead 312’s I dragged home a few weeks ago has fired up!
Carb and fuel pump were both disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. She is alive and running off my “life support fuel tank” …now to remove the tank and clean it inside and out and get some new fuel line on her.

Changed trans oil in the E 141… wasn’t to bad…

Fabricated a custom belt guard out of a standard Black Hood guard. Works perfect.

Rerouted some wires.

Full lube all grease points and Everything else that moves…

Took it for a long spin to see how long the batteries would last… after20 minutes I know it will do what I need to do… train rides usually last 10 minutes or so…

She’s charging now… :sleeping-sleep:

My oversized front tires have gallons each of Rimguard. That's 110 lb Plus the larger wheels and tires. Say 115 lbs total front weight added.

Trina's 867 has a bracket that has 45 lbs on it. Really could use more.

Secured the hubs, as they were dancing all over the place.

Wet-sanded the hood, and cleaned and repainted my frontlight lens.
