Cleat Cleat you just keep upgrading on me. I went to oilite bushing in the rollers around 1990. I kept busting those plastic roller about two every year and had some turned out of Dogwood. I soaked them in oil for a week before putting them on. I have had to replace one roller, that one came off and I mowed over it. May have to drill and tap the new set of axles to keep but I'll still be behind mine are not stainless. I did get a friend to weld mine as I'm a blind welder. cleat 4,936 #2977 Posted September 2, 2019 (edited) I see you have the 3 bar leveller on your deck. I made one up but have not installed it yet on my deck. It is supposed to keep it more level with the power bagger attached. Your roller axle pins may not be stainless but they look great (mine were welded by a welder at my last job). I'd had the C-125's solenoid stick a couple of weeks back so up with the bonnet/hood to give the Black Horse's a tap. Didn't need one. The thing was hanging by the wires. The mounting bracket attached to the solenoid had broken. The 90 degree type. It had broken along the bend, leaving a little tab about 1/4" sticking out. With some carefull drilling and a couple of very small self tapping screws, I was able to fasten the two broken pieces together.
