cleat 4,895 #1 Posted November 6, 2016 (edited) I have built a few of these hitches for my 520's Plans and the ones I am using are for a standard 2" receiver. Pictures attached show 2 with 1-1/4" receivers being made up for a buddy. These do not have the extra links to the normal hitch position as the really nice ones being made up elsewhere have but these do what I need and are fairly easy to make. Wheel Horse heavy duty rear hitch plans.pdf This is the plans for either a top plate for a rear attach-a-matic hitch or the bottom plate to mount the hitch. If you have both hitches, you would simply bolt the two together using 3/8 bolts. Rear hitch plate.pdf Edited November 6, 2016 by cleat

cleat 4,895 #3 Posted November 7, 2016 They are 23x10.5-12 Identical make, model, and size tires and wheels on two of my 520's (Carlisle) and one set of them sit wide and flat while the other set sit more rounded for some reason. Ones in the picture above are the flat ones.

Don1977 604 #5 Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) I did something very similar. I used 3/8" x 3" flat plate for the cross member with 2"x 2" x1/4" angle, this one I spaced the braces apart to still except the sleeve hitch.. The other I used 2" x 1/2" flat and 1 1/2" x 1/4" flat vertical for the cross member with 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x1/4' angle this one I raised the fender and gas tank 1 3/4" it's attached to the top of the transmission.
