No, you're not missing a pulley. It looks like you have an input shaft seal leaking. I would replace all the seals and service the transmission. You don't need to open the transmission to replace the seals. Make sure you have the belt guard on when you drive it. You need it in order for the belt to stop when you clutch it. :)

Thanks guys..that's good to hear! the belt seemed really loose when I engaged the clutch but I guess that's what the cover is for I didn't know if there was suppose to be another tesioner pulley or something that was supposed to be there.. I'm going to change that seal where would you recommend getting the seal and what weight gear oil should I use?thanks

Here's a link to a thread that will give you everything. You have a 5025 transmission. :)

My Commando 6 is the exact same. Looks like your belt is stretched some also.

:WRS:       Your drive belt is :wh: 9691 (replaces 1576) and is a 4L-700 or you could use an A-68. Here is a copy of your manual.

Gasser:   Does your belt guard have the tab on it  to catch the belt when tension is released by clutching?    Very important.  Sometimes you need an extra wire belt guide on the motor especially with a loose older belt.

Hey would any wheelhorse hitch bolt up to the 702 or does it have to be from the same model?

A slot hitch is what came with it, and any one would fit.  When you say bolt up, do you have something specific in mind?  We have a vendor that makes hitches that have a 2" receiver that would mount on the 702 also.

Check out your clutch spring on the other side of the transmission.  It puts the tension on the idler.
