Bttatro 94 #1 Posted August 15, 2016 This Wheelhorse just came up on my local craigs list and I cannot make out the numbers on the picture. I contacted the owner and was told he does not know what model it is. His story is he had it running about a year ago the pit it in the shed where it sits. He got it from an older man as payment for some work.

scotty 252 #6 Posted August 15, 2016 Looks like it says 606 to me
Achto 26,182 #7 Posted August 15, 2016 First number looks to be a 6, middle number a 0, last is a 6. I would say it is a 606. Six horse Tecumseh engine, pull start, 1966
Bttatro 94 #8 Posted August 15, 2016 Do you know if the plow would also fit my c141?

Bttatro 94 #14 Posted August 15, 2016 I'm excited. But cautiously optomistic, wouldn't be the first time a sale was agreed upon, just to have it sold to someone else prior to pick up. I see Terry M did a restoration on a 606, I'll be reading that thread thoroughly. Hope to at least push some snow this winter. My budget isn't great, and my wife isn't thrilled, but I'm gitty as can be!

Any advice given here to help make it OK with the misses should be used with caution though.
Achto 26,182 #16 Posted August 15, 2016 @Bttatro Do you have any plans to attend the tractor show in Edgar WI, Aug 26-28?
Bttatro 94 #17 Posted August 15, 2016 (edited) I do not, but I may have to stop out. It's not too bad of a drive anyway. Oohh, forgot that I'm going with my brother and father in law to the milwaukee brewer games that weekend. Maybe I can take Friday off work. Achto 26,182 #18 Posted August 15, 2016 It's a nice show with a huge vendor area. If you make it out look for a Suburban with wide white wall tires. That will be me stop by & say hi.
Bttatro 94 #19 Posted August 15, 2016 I'll be sure to do that.
