A little more evolution.  All Done.  I think?  I hope?

Blasted and painted all rims.  New tubeless Carlisles on rear.  New tri-ribs and tubes up front.  Added a Seat back and square pan seat with correct spring. 5 bolt hubs on rear.  All new bushings in steering.  Transaxle has all new seals and was flushed.  Replaced shifter.  Rewired entire tractor.  New switches.  New lights.  New engine.  New belts.  New exhaust.  New fuel lines, filter, and bowl.  Added pulling hitch.  Added mid mount.  Gets expensive real fast.

Gotta love those duals!

Does anyone else get a smile on their face looking at these old round hoods?

:greetings-clappingyellow: Very nice job on the 852. One question, where did you get the seat back? :flags-waveusa:

You got it wrong, I've never seen an original Wheel Horse with primer under the paint. :ychain:

I know.  Previous owner painted it.  I thought about stripping it bare and shooting just red, but what's the point really?  The hood and frame have been re-painted.  Fenders and belt guard are original.

Sorry to drag up an old post. I am interested in this rear light.

I have never seen one.

Is it a factory accesory?

Any links to literature on it?

Well, since the cats out now...      :text-thankyoublue:

might as well add these to your search list too.

             "antique back up lights"

             "vintage reverse lights"

I must be dense. That doesn't tell me if they are original equipment or what the part number is?

Were those part or the HL-5 kit?

HL-5 kit did include a tail light. Read your post quickly and mistakenly assumed you were just looking for the light and asking if his were factory lights.

Use the search feature on here (upper right corner) of page.

Type in "HL-5"

There will be a drop down list, just to the left.

Select "Files" from that list

Download the HL-5 kit File

Then go on ebay and search

might as well add these to your search list too.

             "antique back up lights"

             "vintage reverse lights"

You can also search HL-5  "all content" from the drop down list. That will display all the threads on the lights
