Reynold 0 #1 Posted April 10, 2015 I just got my first wheel horse I think its a 65 or 66 lawn ranger. I"m anxious to get her going again. I noticed some play in the blades and disassembled the spindle. It appears to have needle bearings that are replaceable and actually available. I'm just not sure the best way to remove and reinstall them. Has anyone done this that could possibly help out?
gregg'shorses 77 #2 Posted April 11, 2015 (edited) You would need one of these http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-bearing-race-and-seal-driver-set-95853.html and maybe one of these http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-ton-arbor-press-3551.html . You can use a hammer if you are care full to keep it straight Edited April 11, 2015 by gregg'shorses
