Hope this is what you need.  At the least, a perforated face might be useful for a start.

Those links are not the "showerhead" style. Those are more commonly called "pepper pots". The showerhead has the tapered back half like Denny's pictures show. The pepper pot is the replacement version. The old Kohler showerheads have been NLA for years.

Thanks Jason.  I was afraid that there was a difference which is why I added the comment

about using a part of a pepper pot to fab a showerhead.  That might take out a lot of the difficulty

in the project.  Just trying to be helpful.

I believe this is it.... I'm not sure if # 230410 is a shower head muffler, it might look different. I did not write that on this box.

230410 is the number for the new replacement muffler (pepper shaker)

The old number for the no longer available muffler was 1744.

I believe this is it....

Agreed ~ 234015 is the 1" Kohler showerhead muffler  :handgestures-thumbup:

230410-S1 is the latest number for the replacement. I haven't seen one yet, but they are around $10. I suspect they're not USA made. :eusa-whistle:

There is a source for them. A local to me Wheel Horse collector is reproducing them. Beautiful reproductions, but open your wallet.
