Here you go... It was under child no.2's bed :D

Hopefully it shows the way the drive couples, gearboxes are similar copies of WH ones :)

Nothing of an update really, but the pic below gives a hint of what is coming

Yes it's a very muddy lawn :D

But indicative that Bob has raised the stakes and got me thinking again....

:D

I've been building from Lego Technic for 35 years, if it had wheels, gears and tracks I built it as a kid. As an adult it's great for prototyping, especially when it's expensive to order parts that 'might' work.

If it works in Lego, then I can move onto cutting metal and spending money :)

Been away all weekend, but did manage to fit some tyres on Friday with the help of my dad and his two tyre machines.

Managed to pick up a magnum 16 last night as an alternative to 'borrowing' the k series from my C-161.

Very clean and tidy, high hours - from a Toro reel mower, but running and cheap.. 50 quid! It's still in the wheel well of my car.

I got distracted momentarily and did a piece at the rear.

post-3321-0-22097300-1396036091_thumb.jp

It's the bit to mount the rear fender on and give me a top link point.

Green and red reminds me of Meccano rather than Lego. :)
