Anyone ever seen this guy’s videos?  He just shows up to any piano and plays.

Man, I WISH my next visit to a mall would end up being this entertaining.  I'm a sucker for street musicians, wherever they appear.  I've seen this guy's videos, he just shows up in bars or wherever and just starts playing, very cool!  And I love the way he went over and shook the security guard's hand after he was all done.

Thanks for posting this Kevin, I smiled through the whole thing!

Wow, that was recorded just a few weeks ago about an hour's drive from me, at one of my favorite places to see live shows, the Keswick Theatre in Glenside PA!  Good stuff, and there's more on YouTube, thanks @19richie66 !

Yeah man, don't even need to listen to that to give it a like...  But I will.

Edit:  Okay, done.  There's also a great slightly extended live version of that tune on the Grant Street album.

One of the things I appreciate most about this website is the exposure to new ideas and information, tractor related of course, but much much more.

This particular thread is certainly a favorite.

I've been shown some artists I no idea existed.

My phone's news feed has given me two these last 3 days that prove I live under a rock. 🪨🪨🪨

John 5, and Masayoshi Takanaka.

John 5 is an AMAZING  guitarist having performed hundreds of sessions for dozens of other musicians.

Now ... The (in?)-famous Motley Crue.

Mick Mars has stepped into retirement so John stepped in to help out.

Masayoshi has ONLY been playing since the 70s  ((??!!??)) so I'd say he's got it down....

But check out the rigs he uses:

Roll forward to about 2:20 for his stage entrance:

That was great. Look at all the people's faces around in the background.

Stuff like that reminds me of this

I never realized how well Craig @AMC RULES plays guitar. 😁 That and a 9 year old kid on drums. My kind of tune….
