Deck blade ID.

Hi all, I have what i think is a 42" cutting deck and need to replace the blades, i cant find any id on the deck to help get the part numbers for the blades, any ideas ?

Here is the deck.

Hi, This is one of the blades i took off with a part number on it :eusa-think: , but still cant come up with anything so it might not be the right blade :confusion-shrug:.

I don't think I've seen blades like that before. That number also looks unusual too.

I think you'll want 106636 for a 42" SD deck;

Toro-Wheelhorse - 106077, 106636

Description: 13-7/8" Standard Side Discharge Blade

Requires 3 for 42" cut, side discharge

Length: 13-7/8"

Center Hole: 3/4"

Width/Thickness: 200-203

If you're looking to sell the deck at any point, please let me know, I'm on the lookout for one! :)

i just bought a set yesterday at the dealer,60 bucks plus tax,i only paid 50 bucks for the tractor with the deck,so i guess i can splurge on new blades

Got the new blades today, the wrong blades must have been fitted in the past...

wow, that's quite a difference! I guess the PO must have fitted the nearest equivalent rather than bother to source a Toro blade..

she will cut much better now as the angle creates lift for the grass

I bet the original blade was designed for a recycler deck. The blades need to lift the grass, but not discharge it, thus the lower angle. Just a thought.
