What’s up with wheels colors on these old finds?

That color is called patina,   you know,   rust and almond/beige.   If you spray a little Ospho or other "Rust Converter" on the rims the brown will go away and the almond/beige will shine through.

Ospho Rust Treatment, Quart

Nice haul Kevin!!! Any chance that there is enough of the 701 to be able to put it back together as it should be? I sure got a soft spot for 701's

Trina admitted that the '63s and '64s are "cute" the other day.

Might be a round hood in her future.....

Dan,  no steering, no tool box, no fenders, not much to work with.  But parts is parts!

Jim, it is indeed a 1055 according to the tag!

That's about right....

I'm thinking 854 so she'd have another little Kohler 8. She loves that engine in the 867.

Maybe when the hours pick up again at work and we can make a trip...

What a score Kevin!:handgestures-thumbupright:  when you get a chance, could you take a couple of detail pics of the two furrow plows that you picked up and post them in the plowing thread?  Wheel horse used several different variants over the years and it would be good to have details about those as well as the Brinly and Ohio Steel models.  Can’t wait to see what your plans are with this haul...

:text-coolphotos:       What about the two bottom plow, you would be the talk of all the plow days with that mounted to the back of the GT-14.       :bow-blue:

This is what I like to see, a bunch of rusty parts & some scratches in the bottom of a new truck bed.:handgestures-thumbupright: Unlike some people I know who lined their truck bed with carpeting & you have to be careful how you put things in them so you don't scratch anything. I'm all about keeping the outside of a truck looking good but a trucks original design was to haul things & I think that's what they should be used for.:twocents-mytwocents:

I think the instructions for a bed liner are to scuff the paint.  Two birds... one stone!  Just add bed liner some day!
