Stopped at a joint for an Alaskan Amber, Black Coffee and COUNTRY FRIED STEAK… in that order :helmet:

yeah @Snoopy11 Don, sure am a bow tie guy!

This 20x7.5’ landscape trailer has hauled great.  If it were mine, I’d spring for a little heavier sidewall tire… but I can’t complain!

@ebinmaine this truck made me think of you today.  I love the low cab / tall stacks look.  Didn’t get any front views, but it had the big winged hood ornament.  Such a sweet rig!  @Handy Don not sure if I ever clarified.  It’s more of a point and shoot a few… check ‘em out later thing than taking a Perfect Polaroid Picture shot.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

The local 7-pick yard has four trucks that recently entered the yard with matching gear ratios.  $160 for a complete unit and a few hours, I’ll see about getting it back on the road.  For now, we’re home!  600 miles today and still some shop time to work in.  Momma’s at a work dinner and the girls are at a play at the high school.

Easy.  1: Gimme a ‘34 Coupe.  2: Put a Chevy under the hood!

I met with @19richie66 Saturday in St George, SC where my son was pulling in an antique tractor pull to pick up the 953 and other parts. After the antique tractor pull I  went back to my son's to pick up the lawn ranger and other parts that I bought from Richie a couple years ago that my son picked up and has stored for me.

My house to my Son's about 165 miles, my Son's house to St George about 130 miles. About 425 mile round trip to meet with friends, bring home two tractors, two 10hp Kohler's, misc. parts, an awesome cup and 2 grandchildren. Nice weekend.

At least he is interested in them. Gives him something to do with his hands and keeps him out of trouble. Sounds like either way you were going to lose something :laughing-rolling:

Looks like I need to watch the classifieds closer and go to the big show! I found out yesterday his little brother wants the 854 six speed. Grandkids are collecting earlier than I anticipated, but that is a good thing.

Are any of them ready to offer remuneration to grandpa to get to the top of the "dibs" list?

All they have to do is ask. First to ask is top on the list. They can speed up the process a little when they help. And they like to help.

As most here on RedSquare see… I watch one of my nieces twice a week on normal weeks.  Last year, she claimed “Joe” as her own.  I can’t much argue that either, but I might have to treat him as my own for a few more years… at least until she can reach the pedals!

It’s funny that she claimed a 1054… “Chloe” the newest 953 has been her go-to since she showed up!
