I was reading through my straight from the horses mouth 2 edition book today and got to thinking who owns the limited editions.

I have two limited edition copies of which there were 150 signed

the numbers that i have are of 150

26

78

what number do you own , it would be good to trace the rest

I have two but only one has the fancy sticker saying it's a collectors edition, but both are signed by the the author, and one is signed by Mr. Pond, I had both of them sign it in person at the PA show, anyway the collector one is #36

Am I correct to assume the "collectors edition" is from the first printing?

And the "collectors edition" has a sticker and the authors signature?

Anything else special about it?

Collector's Edition was the 2nd printing. It came with a CD of Mr. Pond reading the forward and a sticker that says "Collector's Edition" on the front.

All the 2nd printing had the CD. The "collectors edition" was a limited run of 150 of them that was supposed to come with a foil sticker on the cover, and copies of some rare documents like Mr. Pond's resignation letter from Standard oil, and the letter assigning Cecil Pond as Chairman.

Where do you guys find these books.

I am not worried about the collectors edition or anything, but I would like to read it?

All of them I find are priced too expensive to even open!

Ahh yes, the greedy... Too bad it has to be this way. I sure would've liked to had one too, but that price is just plain kooky, especially around the holidays. But really, at anytime of year, for that kind of money I'd rather have another tractor.
