whfan74 2,015 #1 Posted November 28, 2010 Well I think, and hope that I am all set for what this winter brings. Have the 312-8 with cab and blower on it. Also, have the C-85 with plow ready for some clean up and light duty. Should be a fun winter!
MaineDad 85 #2 Posted November 28, 2010 Looks good. What size rear tires do you have on the C-85?
whfan74 2,015 #3 Posted November 28, 2010 I put 6-12's on there this year. Didn't have any more ags and don't have the cash right now to fork out for a new pair. Plus I was hoping that these might give me some added traction with the narrower tires...........we will see how it goes.

Sparky-(Admin) 19,439 #7 Posted November 28, 2010 Good idea with the front weights on the C-85. I also have a C-85 with a plow and sometimes doesnt steer well with that little powerplant up front. Mike............

whfan74 2,015 #16 Posted November 29, 2010 Thanks guys so much for the nice compliments. This will be the first time of having wheel weights on front of the C-85 and I agree it should help some with keeping her going straight. This set up is a little over kill for my driveway but that's ok. I enjoy making my rounds through the neighborhood and helping others out. The hot chocolate and cookies that sometimes make it's way in to the cab aren't too shabby either! Dad keeps the D-160 at his place with the snow plow. So needless to say I think we are all set for whatever winter has in store for us this year. I am sure the snow will be here before we know it. It is a good feeling to have both of them in the garage ready to go! Hey Gene......let me know we can get you all squared away!
