I’m stoked. Put all the cannibalized parts back on the kohler an it runs.

I think it turned out pretty cool. I’ll pick up some belts next week and see if it can move on its own.

Here is my mock up of a belt guard. Did the best I could looking at a couple pictures I found. It’s getting late so I will see if it works next weekend.

It was striped of everything but the exhaust. It was rebuilt at one time .020 piston is in there. All still looks nice and tight. So new coil, wires and points. Need carb gasket and torque the head. Then we will see what happens. 

What is the torque lbs on the head bolts?
