    What's missing mower deck

Remove shim plate & install bracket the way it was designed to be, & home free. I'm setting up a "mutt" (spare parts machine) & that is the only difference, except for your shim they are the same.

520H exhaust bolts sheared off - how hard to fix?

Might check you tube, saw some good work on there last night.
  4. K321as would probably fit. If I remember right, about 2" lower than K3212s.
  5. I think I'm going to make new dipsticks for my units. I think I can make servicing a lot easier, although my record of being right seems to be about five to eight percent as a life time average.
  6. If I may share a thought about tire spacing, I have a set of "D" series axles & am toying with the idea of having 1/4" key-ways cut in them & using two sets 1 1/8 " hubs to run dual wheels (6") on the unit. Dunno whether it would work or not, but I'm thinking about giving it a look-see if I live long 'nuff. Would like to look into putting a dump bed on a "D" series frame with that set up if I am granted enough time & money By our Creator. Would it work? I'd like to find out if I'm bright enough to over-come the problems that could present......................someday. Wondered if this might give some "food for thought" on some other project problems by others. Ron A.
  7. For general info, I asked a factory man why the slippers were not flat on a Sundstrand pump and the response I got was the engine was not run fast enough when unit was in use. I do not remember much more than that of the conversation, but the full throttle speed was stressed for that reason. Ron A dunngawn@hotmail.com

A salute to the good old twin Kohlers

In my opinion, that is saying a lot for the oil that had been run in the engine during it's lifetime. Do you know what it is?

    Tecumseh HH100 Crossroads

Too bad we are not closer. My HH100 looks like it has been run very little after being bored .010, oil clean, no ring groove at all, also no spark. Are ignition available? My brother tried to find ignition parts for one years ago. He was hoping I had what he needed, buy the only Tecumseh I ever owned I sold without trying to get it running a couple years before that. I think the one I have is going to become a Charger 12 with a Kohler, I'll have to keep it as I'ii never get my investment back, but could have a good unit to have for generator/air compressor/hjgh pressure pump, or maybe a sicle bar, (I can dream can't I?) or maybe my tiller. What have you done to your Wheel Horse today?

Today I finished cleaning front axle & spindles & reassembled. Steers much easier than my C141 & thinking about putting Charger front end under "C", maybe another day. Rest of the day spent pressing out hitch pin as I am almost sure drive may have to be split for repair. Took pictures but can't put them on yet. Hopefully.................................. Ron

D-Series PTO Clutch Cup Washer Sequence

Also, many bellville washers are used two sets cupped together & facing, for more spring strength. Do not know how they are supposed to be, but that would open it faster, but put more pressure on bearings.
  15. That switch has a "M" (mag. ground) terminal on it, battery run switch has "I" (ign. terminal to coil) #103990
