6 pointsSounds good, let me know what you decide. She definitely has some potential. And thanks! I just turned 40 so it's going to be fun being the oldest person at parent teacher conferences in a few years haha.

6 pointsOn behalf of RedSquare we offer our deepest condolences for the loss of your father. Once his account is confirmed, I will place it in the Members at Rest group. I hope that a price for the lot will become available, but in the mean time I am approving this classified due to the circumstance.

4 pointsTicks me off the tank sealer didn’t work... my bad in applying it tho. Decent furl supply & final transmission adjustments and this one done!
-
4 pointsSometimes you just gotta let stuff go. I’ve been getting rid of my stuff for the past several years. It’s rather freeing not to be tied down and overwhelmed by stuff you will never use. All the best with your sale.

3 points@Cee245 I've spoken to @OldWorkHorse Steve. Either he or I might have that lift handle and hydraulic control.

3 pointsMost will not know what a model 550 is. 2005 550 5xi-Series Garden Tractor model 73561 Serial 250000001-250999999 - Formerly 522xi - This may be the same as a Ford New Holland model GT22A Click on the vertical bar below to get to a D&A file. The A is an attachment list that has all the mower possibilities.

3 pointsI hate it when I do stuff like that. You should probably continue to look for another gas cap just in case.

3 pointsJohnny on my 1975 I got one at the local Ace Hardware store. I believe it was a standard off the shelf threaded size that fits a lot of things.

2 pointsYeah could do that but I wanted one purely for nostalgic purposes. I'll check out K&B, thank you @WHX??
-
2 pointsI see them all the time on sites. They want your first born tho. They are not quite that rare. Personally I would go to HF and grind the snot out of it. Check with K & B horse in the vendors.

2 pointsThanks dave, ill pm you. And this isnt a huge hurry, so NO removing parts in single digits!

2 pointsI might have most of what you want, and I'll let it go pretty cheap. I have the whole steering tower including the side panels from a 417-H (or -A ?) which still has the motion control handle and lift rocker shaft and brake locking mechanism in it. I don't have the lift handle and hydraulic control, since I used that on the "hybrid" 517-H I'm building. I'll have to check on the lift cover plate and the horizontal between-the-legs shifter plate, but I think I have those also. It's all pretty dirty and would need cleanup, paint, and decals. I have a non-standard steering shaft cover tube, that looks like a previous owner made. Thinking I'd like $50 for all that, plus shipping, which is likely to be close to $50, so probably around $100 total. I think I have a box it will fit into but will need to look. Price is based on "as-is" condition - if I need to clean it up in single digit weather, I'd want a bit more If you only want the upper dash and the motion handle, I'd have to remove the motion handle from the assembly so I'm not likely to drop the price much. I'd rather just sell the whole thing. Will try to get some pictures later today if you're interested.

2 pointsLooks like it’s already had a re-bore with bronze bushings. On the left side the bottom bushing failed completely and the spindle is really ground down. I’ll get a thread started pretty quick here. I just made enough space I. The shop to start working on it.
