    I have the exact same size pulley. It has a thinner spacer so you would need some washers perhaps to get it to align. also the bearing are a tad rough in it

    If the spot welds are drilled out to separate the halves Yes it's a common bearing. Use machine screws nuts and Loctite to put it  back together.
