    Kind of a tall order here folks ... I want to buy a GOOD engine 16 horsepower or larger for $400 or less.

    I phrase it that way because I already have one that's rebuildable and I'm trying to avoid taking the time to do so this year.

    New England region preferred.

     

    I'm open minded to name brand. 

    It's going in a mid-70s C series so there's a fair amount of space.

    MUST be Wheel Horse PTO compatible. 

     

    I'd like to either see it run or see recent video of it running.

    I'd like to be able to remove the cylinder head and inspect the play in the piston to wall clearance or see documentation/pictures of that.

    I would prefer engine only but a whole tractor would be okay.
