    I could use that if it would work in my transmission. Any idea what tranny it came out of?  Are there any part numbers on it? Can you please count the gear teeth. I believe I need 11/44. PN  #3903.

    12/44 gear teeth I don't know what wheel horse trans it goes in couldn't find a part number on it

    @stevasaurus how can we find out if this mushroom gear will work in an older 5049 three speed?

    Chris counted the teeth wrong...they are all 11/44 except the early RJ-58's.  Yes it will fit the #5049...you can tell by the key for the brake drum.  The brake drum is in the correct place for the 2 piece 3 speeds.  :occasion-xmas:  You asked the right guy.  :handgestures-thumbupright:
