L-106 Lawn Ranger with non-running Tecumseh H60, 6hp. Engine lost compression, reads 25 PSI. No visible external damage to block or cyl. head.

Mostly original, one owner tractor w/ 32” mower deck and 32” snow blower (STR-3240) both serviceable.

Very good sheet metal. Original seat has tears. Newer carburetor, original included. New recoil starter (uninstalled). Replacement front wheels/tires. Originals included, one has broken hub. SOLD!

I didn't get a pic of the ID tag when I was there last, but I'll get back by there soon. This was Lance's @Red Horse primary mower for many years now. It was stored indoors from the day he got it. I know he had it since before 2007 when I first met him. Lance didn't restore his tractors, but he took very good care of them. He maintained them very well.

Everything works on it (even the voltmeter and hour meter), and it has no leaks. The volt pic below is with it running. It has 284 hours on it currently. It runs and drives great and doesn't smoke at all. The deck has no rust on it.

I will be happy to try and meet the buyer a reasonable distance (150 miles or so) from here, but I personally have no plans to go to the show this year.

It came from a 417XT 42" SD deck but I used it on my 416 just by changing out the rear hood attachment bracket that is all that is different from the XT model and the 79301 model. It comes complete for a 42" deck and it comes with 3 sets of bags. One set is perfect the second set is usable with no holes but the bags have been repaired with heavy thread on the top corners and the third set is for parts. I used this bagger for the last 2 years with no issues.

I bought this tractor last summer for the mower deck and wheel weights it had, assuming the tractor was only good for parts. Turns out it didn't really need much to get running so I've been using it to run my generator since. However, I have way more tractors than i need so something has to go. 1989 310-8. Rear tires leak air, one leaks down in a couple days, the other takes a little longer. Motor starts and runs fine but doesn't idle all the way down without stalling. You could probably clean the carburetor and get it to idle but it works fine for me like it is. Volt meter does not work. Plastic air cleaner cover is broken in a few places. Seat is rough. 200 obro. Located in Fulks Run VA.

36" Wheel Horse Tiller

I have a nice 36" tiller model 79370 for sale. It includes the drive belt idler pulleys and spring, drive belt, belt shrouds, lift assist spring, lift chain and clevis, lift cable and trunion with long (3 1/8") clevis. I'm also planning to include the lift lever and lift cable tube assembly (not pictured). This is from my 312-H tractor, I would prefer local pickup but I'm open to freight shipping if the buyer pays shipping cost and can accept freight delivery's. I'm also looking for a belly grader blade for a 300, 400, 500 series tractor and willing to do some trading!

1970 Electro 12, runs good. I just took the cover off it to take pics so it does have a battery. It was rescued from the scrap yard, no idea why it was thrown away. I rebuilt the carb and it fired right up. Has the original hub caps. The hydraulic lift works good. Seat is in great shape as well as the front headlight lens. It was repainted at one time and not very well. Getting put in the scrap pile didn't help either. It has an integral hitch in the back, but if you don't need that I'll take $50 off the price. Now for the bad, I haven't changed the trans fluid because the drain plug on the bottom is stripped, the hex head is stripped out and i haven't prioritized fixing it because i don't run it much. Comes with 2 decks, one good and one for parts.

Asking $650 as is. Can deliver to the big show in june.

Kohler k90 engine that was fully rebuilt. From what I remember it was bored oversized, crank turned down, valves reground. New piston rod/ gaskets ignition points and condenser. Has excellent patina for a wheel horse tractor and hard to find oil bath air cleaner and schnacke recoil. 3/4" crankshaft and 1/2" pipe thread exhaust. 1956 Wheel Horse RS83 ride away Senior Project. Has had much of the hard work done but still a ways to go. Engine was taken apart polished crankshaft, honed and re ringed as well as valves ground. Transmission taken apart inspected to find in excellent shape and has new seals. 2 new gears were made for the final drive, Includes all new bearings for the drive system. Original wheels were modified and rusted, includes new wheel blanks but will need spokes cut and welded. I have the original front center hubs that were turned down smooth in a lathe and ready to have spokes welded to. Most parts that are not cast were blasted and had high build epoxy primer sprayed and sanded smooth to get rid of any rust pitting. Also includes 2 extra non running Wisconsin AEN engines not pictured. Great start to a project but don't see me ever finishing it. Tractor does not have a hood. Suburban/400 Parts Opportunity

I bought these from a seller clearing a boneyard. Goal was (and is) to keep them from going to the metal scrap yard. They have been outdoors for years and it shows. Since my knowledge of these models is practically nil I cannot add insight beyond my observations. I have no interest in working with these--I’d simply like to see them go to someone who will put the parts to use. I’d prefer not to get involved in parting the tractor or the frame. The mower deck possibly.

Here they are on the trailer.

First is a pretty much complete but extremely rusted Suburban/400. Rotted rims & front tires; rear AGs have some sidewall cracks but might be usable. Does not roll (it was hoisted onto the trailer). Engine does not turn. Mower deck is there but spindles are locked. Hood is not cut or dented and the throttle/choke levers are in place. The hood hold-downs are rusted out. Seat is excellent. Frame, front axle, spindles, tie rod, and steering appear solid. Three-piece transaxle seems stuck, but there was a shifter boot so probably not too bad inside. Casting code is visible but I don’t know how to read them! Has the mower deck lift adaptor in the slot hitch. Lift arm (and cable!) are there. Kohler K91T engine with carb but no air filter. Gas tank is attached under the hood.

The second item is a frame & three-piece transaxle only and a different model (it doesn’t have the notched arch for lift height adjustment but it does have the lift lever with the button.) The rear hubs are there and both axles turn with no grinding so the diff is working. The shifter goes into all four positions but I think the brake drum is rusted to the band lining. Frame, front axle, spindles, and steering all seem complete. No wheels.

The mower deck is a 32” with, I think, the mounting brackets for a Lawn Ranger. The gears seem ok but only one spindle is fully free. The shell is remarkably solid. The gauge wheels are definitely replacements. No detailed pictures.

Hey guys. Recently bought a 1970s snow plow and frame for my 1985 312-8, and had to swap the Index Lever (the right hand lever that adjusts plow angle) as the 1980's levers have a 90 degree bend to accommodate the brake pedal. This is just a straight lever with no hardware.

I have a C175 Hydro that I went completely through and replaced all the hoses had the transmission apart and is in good working condition with no leaks. I purchased my 314-8 new in February of 1996. It's been a great tractor. But a few years ago I had landscaping done and contracted for lawn service. So the tractor has been sitting in the garage for a few years. Bought a new battery. It cranks hard, but won't fire. Probably needs the fuel lines or carburetor cleaned. It also needs the clutch shock replaced. I have the new shock and belt. Just haven't gotten around to replacing them. Deck is in excellent shape with new spindles before I parked it. Comes with the nice pull behind spreader that has only been used twice.

For sale 312-8 wheel horse Kohler motor recent tune up – with air and gas filters etc. and oil change runs great. Includes and will not sell separate any of the following Cab, Mower 42 inch deck not used since new blades installed, 42 inch snow blower not used since installed new bearings on auger, wheel weights, chains. Under my ownership always stored in heated garage. Also extra parts from prior wheel horse owned. Missing is 1 cover at headlight, on cab the zippers do not work and 1 is taped to keep elements out, on rear plastic 1 small spot taped also. Reason for selling is I have a New Holland with snow blower and looking to buy another New Holland with bucket and both will have mowers and a Zero turn do not need 4 mowers / 3 snow removal tractors.
