The 42 inch mower deck is in very good condition, the bearings run free and quietly. Good battery. No smoke. Hood needs to be adjusted, because when it's fastened down, it prevents the throttle lever from moving fully open. Seat is taped on the sides but usable. There are some dents in the right fender. The volt meter is inoperative. There is no hour meter, so the hours are unknown.

The biggest issue is a problem in the safety switch circuit is preventing it from starting. It's almost certainly a loose/corroded/dirty connection or a bad safety switch. With the circuit bypassed, it starts and runs just fine. I can bypass the circuit to demonstrate the tractor, but since I won't sell it with the safety switches bypassed, I'm selling it as a non-running tractor.
